SpotCheck has created these Community Guidelines to ensure all individuals can enjoy our platform and maintain a safe, and positive experience. By using SpotCheck, you agree to these guidelines.

1. Please Respect the Privacy of Other Users

•  Secure Consent: Prior to featuring individuals in your photos or videos, ensure that you have obtained their consent. Uphold their privacy by refraining from capturing or disseminating any content without their explicit permission.

• Avoid Personal Details: Exercise caution when sharing personal information, such as addresses, phone numbers, or full names of individuals or establishments. Only share such information with explicit consent

2. User Posted Content

 By creating a SpotCheck Spot or User profile, Users agree not to post content that:

• Uses the Services in any unlawful, harmful, and/or malicious manner.

• Intentionally causes harm to any SpotCheck staff or affiliates.

• Engagement in any unlawful, harassing, offensive, defamatory, intimidating, obscene, threatening, or stalking conduct.

• Engage in any unlawful, harassing, offensive, defamatory, intimidating, obscene, threatening, or stalking conduct.

• Post any content that is sexually explicit/pornographic, threatening, incites violence, contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

• Impersonate, modify, or report inaccurate information that misrepresents personal information.

• Infringe the intellectual property or personality rights of other Spots or Users.

• Copy, recreate, or distribute any posted media or text from other accounts.

• Post content that suggests false claims or accusations against other Spots, Users, other associated parties, and SpotCheck.

• Post content that suggests the misuse of any product or service provided by SpotCheck, deemed offensive, inappropriate, or harmful to other Spots, Users, or the general public.

 3. Adherence to Copyright Laws

•  Respect Copyright Regulations: Only share content for which you possess the rights or that falls within fair use guidelines. Refrain from posting or sharing copyrighted material without obtaining proper authorization

• Acknowledge Creators: When incorporating content crafted by others in your posts, ensure to give due credit to the original creator.

 4. Compliance

•  Compliance Consequences: Failure to adhere to these guidelines may lead to the removal of your content, temporary or permanent suspension of your account, or other appropriate actions undertaken by the app's administrators.
